An Swinnen and her team of qualified clinical solution-focused psychotherapists and specialists will teach you how to look after your mental health so that you feel happier and healthier.
You can choose your retreat activities: hypnotherapy, yoga, art therapy, sound therapy, horse riding, walking and swimming. We know all the good places for lunch and dinner. We will do all the organising so you can sit back and relax.
You will be staying in your own holiday cottage on the southern edge of Dartmoor, a beautiful national park between Exeter and Plymouth.
